附件是我们电路板的原理图，下图是PCB layout。 TPS73033仅仅用来给几个按键和电位器供电，故障主要是初次上电LDO就不输出或者输出等于输入。我测试过前级DC-DC 的上电波形，没有任何冲击出现。现在小批500套出现了35片坏的，哪位大神分析下，谢谢！
