TPS6286A06: TPS6286A06 低温变频问题

demo测试过程发一个问题，请帮忙确认评估一下

测试条件：3.3转0.94V 频率默认1.2M  mode管脚上拉  输出电感240nh  输出电容1*47uf

现象：-15°C以下，1A以下负载，SW出现异常变频，频率从1.2M变为1.67M和898K（温度越低，输出电容越少，现象越明显）

请问：

（1）请帮忙解释该现象产线的原因及是否正常

（2）当前空间受限，输出电感选用尺寸和感量更大的，输出电容需要满足多少才能避免该现象
