您好：

我们采用BQ25896，默认2048mA电流充电，系统工作电流500mA时，芯片发热严重，导致充电过程断续，请问这个问题如何解决呢？

只单纯充电，无负载时（即系统不工作时），发热量会降低，但是仍然发热。

请问有什么有效的解决方法吗？
