Why do I get -1V for the SW pin and VOUT pin in my schematic instead of -1.7V as I calculated?

can you please send me a clear picture of the SCH, it is too fuzzy right now and I can not read the values.
I think, most likely the issue that you are having is on the grounding of the return caps, I attached as reference.
