超过≈780mA将导致LDO进入内部电流限制模式，不允许超过780mA的电流通过。如果负载/电容器试图消耗更多，这有效地减缓了输出电压的上升。因为通路元件限制电流，所以输出电压可能保持在其标称调节值以下。如果大启动负载或短路情况持续存在，设备可能会升温并可能进入热关机以保护自己。
对于rush电流超出后的现象，最好你实际测量下。
