尊敬的技术人员：

您好。我在使用TPSM365R6V5RDNR的过程中，采用了如下电路，但是输出电压VOUT不是预想的5V，而是VIN-2V，如VIN是8V时，VOUT为6V，VIN为12V时，VOUT为10V，请问是不是原理图错误？或者是11号引脚应该拉高？
