LP876242-Q1: The power supply is abnormal after the device works at -40° C for a period of time

Part Number: LP876242-Q1

My equipment is in the process of being tested for low temperature stability. After running at -40° for about 3 hours, it starts to restart repeatedly, and after restarting for a period of time, the current directly drops to 0.03A.

Seems to have triggered some protection mechanism of PMIC, is there any solution?

This is not a problem at normal or high temperatures.

Could you read INT_TOP register in order to read the all the interrupts and see what is causing restart repeatedly?

Are you probing the rails as well if not then it would be also good to probe using scope input and output rails to observe the events.
