After a complete charge and discharge cycle with the BQ4050, the product enters shutdown mode and then, upon reactivation, the RSOC jumps significantly (SOC jumps from 25% to 65%). This is not an isolated issue but a widespread phenomenon. Is there any way to improve this problem?
