我看datasheet说进入sleep状态需要95uS，可测试波形上看，不到4uS就关掉外置MOS开关，不是95uS啊？

这个值是在如上条件下测试得出的典型值。实际测试中因为每个客户的应用环境和测试条件不同，会存在差异。如果排除您的硬件设计问题，在不影响您应用的情况下，您的这个数据可以接受。
我想知道SLEEP Mosde Entry Delay这个参数是指的从sleep下降沿到HGATE下降沿时间吗？
SLEEP Mode Entry Delay应理解为从SLEEP信号有效（如下降沿触发）到HGATE实际完成关闭动作的时间差。
