I don't understand what you mean. Can the circuit function be achieved without installing these components?

I am currently replicating this reference design. All the components are purchased according to the BOM list. As shown in the picture, I haven't purchased these components. Will this affect my circuit board? Can the circuit waveforms in the reference design be realized?
