UCD90120A: On the ZC706, an issue occurred when using the UCD90120A

Hi,

First, if you try to run 2 GUI applications at a same time, please stop the polling on Fusion Digital Power Designer. 

Second, the Manufacturing GUI script running set the acceptable error to 5% and READ_VOUT is almost zero => This test is for real system where READ_VOUT value is measurement on rail, and is used to validate against setting VOUT_COMMAND/POWER_GOOD => Make sure rail is turned on and there is voltage on rail.

When I run only 1 GUI application, this issue still occurs.
I observed that the problem is due to rail1 having no voltage, but how should I resolve this?
