UCC27301A: What's the highest frequency the chip can process

hi,

i have a question.Nowadays i use the UCC27301A to drive Half-Bridge Driver. The input signal of UCC27301A is differential DSD64, whicn frequency is 2M. HO and LO is bad,including overshoot and ringing. Besides, the two NMOS of Half-Bridge are severe overheating. Can you give me some solutions?

1.The NMOS is IRFB4227.

2.The LMG1020 is single channel driver, i want a Half-Bridge Driver which can process 10M input signal, do you have any recommendations?

3.Or, can i use two LMG1020 chips to constitute a Half-Bridge Driver?

Now, i find a chip LM1210, it seems to meet my requirements. If i use this chip, which high speed NMOS you recommend?
