BQ25750: EN_CHG默认位数是0还是1

在系统上电后，PG引脚下拉表示输入电源正常，同时STAT1和STAT2也被下拉，根据数据手册，STAT1和STAT2同时关闭代表禁用充电。禁用充电的条件是CE引脚被上拉至高电平且EC_CHG=0。所以想请问，芯片内部的EN_CHG默认是置1还是置0。
