给单节锂电池充电，充电电流最好大于1A，封装最好是引脚在外部的，不要QFN类似引脚在内部的

你看看bq2409x系列的，MSOP-10封装：http://www.ti.com/product/BQ24090/datasheet
封装是脚在外面的，又要1A以上的，还真没有。由于锂电池充电，绝大部分设备都要求size尽量小，所以都设计成了QFN或CSP封装。
如果实在不能QFN，那就BQ24090，线性充电，只有1A.
主要是自己要焊板子，QFN这样的焊起来太麻烦了
