有线网卡随机出现无法连接网络的情况

你们好：

      我的设备是DM365,在设备重新上电时，10次中可能有一次出现。设备无法连接网络。ifconfig信息是正常的，然后重新在配置一遍ip又可以了。重新连接网络了。我的软件版本为ipnc5.0.phy芯片从DM9161 改为KSZ8041NL。是phy配置的问题吗？需要怎么配置呢？
