am335x 电阻触摸屏偏差

我使用am335x系列cpu做的一款产品，在wince系统下，外接10.4寸电阻触摸屏，校准后，点击屏幕没有误差，但是断电重启后，触摸偏差较大，有时甚至触摸完全不能用了，但是使用其他尺寸的电阻屏就没有这个问题，比如5寸和7寸电阻屏，在程序中看了校准数据没有丢失，怀疑是AD数据传输过程中产生了数据跳变，请问如何避免这个问题呢？
