之前板子上的内存是128M，最近改成了256M，ubl和uboot都调试好了，内核还需要修改，我修改了memory.h中的128为256，但是不太对，内核可以启动，系统无法登陆。请问修改内核大小配置的话，具体需要修改那些地方的代码？

uboot里面bootargs的mem=xxM的参数你是否有做相应的修改？
