我在调试我们自己做的DM8168板卡时寻到一个问题，麻烦各个帮忙看看如何解决， 问题如下：
1. 这个板卡本来都调试成功了的， 我用CCS给它烧写uboot都没问题， 后面内核和文件系统都烧写成功了，而且都正常工作了。
2. 现在板子不能正常工作了， 使用CCS的 Target Configuration 的 Test connection 测试结果是成功的，但使用Debug As 调试的时候就报了如下错误：
Error connecting to the target:
(Error -2062 @ 0x3E418)
Unable to halt device. Reset the device, and retry the operation. If error persists, confirm configuration, power-cycle the board, and/or try more reliable JTAG settings (e.g. lower TCLK).
