TDA4VM: How to derive entire system's TOPS from TI Linux

As the title suggests,

the TDA4VM datasheet only mentions that Deep-Learning MMA can achieve up to 8 TOPS,

but it doesn't mention how to calculate TOPS for other algorithms or systems other than Deep-Learning models.

I'd like to know if there are any tools or theoretical benchmarks that can calculate TOPS?
