6747 nor flash的legacy boot模式为什么只能加载16K程序，是由什么原因引起的。
rom bootloader做的就是这样的，没什么特殊原因。再说这种boot一般都是用来启动二级 bootloader，16K足够放下二级bootloader了。若要更大，选AIS 格式就好了，没有限制。
