你好，分辨率：720P，8位宽度，时钟148.5MHZ,如果帧率是30帧，压缩正常，但是如果把帧率改成60帧，就会报错。

报错如下：ENCLINK:ERROR in Run time parameters changes,Extended Error Code :1

                    ERROR:IH264ENC_LEVEL_INCOMPLAINT_PARAMETER.
