仿真器连接错误

我的板子的OMAP-L138没有用RTC，RTC_XI、RTC_Vss接地了，RTC_XO悬空了，现在是这种情况如果我用TI官方的GEL连接目标板DSP可以连接上，但是，外设没反应，只能读写片上RAM。

如果用开发板厂家的GEL，仿真器连接不上出现如下错误

Error connecting to the target: Error 0x80000244/-1178 Fatal Error during: Register, Initialization, OCS,  The target does not have a CPU clock.

    还是没解决，我是连的DSP，请问该怎么在ti官方的GEL文件中配置呢，为什么只能访问片上的RAM，设置GPIO之类的没反应呢？

    仿真器连接Omap-l138 DSP 出现如下错误提示

    Trouble Reading Memory Block at 0x1c1417c on Page 0 of Length 0x4: Error 0x00000002/-1178 Error during: Memory,  The target does not have a CPU clock.

    GEL: Error while executing OnTargetConnect(): target access failed.

    Trouble Reading Register: Error 0x00000004/-1178 Error during: Register,  The target does not have a CPU clock.

    Trouble Reading Memory Block at 0x1840020 on Page 0 of Length 0x4: Error 0x00000002/-1178 Error during: Memory,  The target does not have a CPU clockTrouble Reading Memory Block at 0x1840020 on Page 0 of Length 0x4: Error 0x00000002/-1178 Error during: Memory,  The target does not have a CPU clock.

       Setup_Memory_Map();

       PSC_All_On_Full_EVM();

      Set_Core_100MHz();

    }

    注释掉PSC_All_On_Full_EVM(); Set_Core_100MHz();就能连接上，但是外设没反应，只能读写片上RAM。
