请参考AM335x datasheet的Table 3-7，300MHz理论上VDD_MPU是工作在1.1V。
之前因为
/sys/class/regulator/regulator.3 下的一个文件导致我以为降频后 cpu没有自动降压（降频后该文件中的电压没有变化，可能是platform驱动需要修改）但经过测量降频后cpu是自动降压的。
这个在linux的driver部分是已经做了自动调频调压的，理论上来说，使用那个设置命令的话，就应该会自动调用这个。
