CCS在debug时烧写flash为什么会导致引脚输出为高电平，这使得我自己做的开发板上面电机在这时会震动一下（因为ePWM输出高导致桥臂动作），然后5V的供电电源被拉低到3.4V，导致出现如下的报错，有没有什么办法避免器件烧录flash时引脚被置高
