我们现在自己设计了一块AM3359板子，phy用的RTL-8211E,linux的SDK版本是ti--am335x-evm-05.04.01.00。我们在evm.c文件中修改了phy的初始化配置。
可是，在uboot中ping主机时，出现ping 不能通的现象
