The attached file contains data captured during the boot phase by launching the instrument application service via PVRPerfServerDeveloper in a script.

The instrument application is developed with KANZI.

Please evaluate whether there is a GPU performance bottleneck during the startup phase.

I am not sure I understand the issue your are trying to debug but I don't see anything odd with the PVRTune. The GPU doesn't seem loaded and it looks like textures are being loaded so GPU can start it's processing.
