电脑一直安装不了CCS，查看报错文件给出如下说明：

couldn't unzip eclipse_core_3.7.2.zip: checkdir: cannot create extraction directory: C:/Users/ﾨﾢ???ﾨﾺﾨﾦ/AppData/Local/Temp/ijtmp_779744B8-EFA5-4A3D-8637-6FA79451517E

求问该怎么办。。
