xds2xx仿真器无法连接

在mac上用vmware fusion安装win7，在ccs5.5或6中都无法使用evmk2h自带的xds2xx连接上板卡进行调试，驱动正常安装上了，在连接的最前面就停住不动（initializing IcePick_D_0）。

请问有没有办法解决？
