我想在空出来的MMC0接口上接一个IO电平1.8V的wifi模块。是否可行？

MMC0 用于 eMMC 接口，MMC1 用于 SD/SDIO 接口。这两个接口的功能不能互换。
您可以参考TRM里面“12.3.6.1.1 MMCSD Features”的描述，
