Dear all:
使用C6654，连接2片16bit的DDR3，想增加一块做ECC校验用，应该就是以下模式：
36-bit: Three 16-bit SDRAMs (including 4 bits of ECC)。
疑问是：从网上搜索到的资料，32bit的ECC需要7bit,为什么这里只有4bit即可？
请大神指教！谢谢！
