.hex文件转成.dat的工具没有.
hex,bin格式的文件都可以烧写，不一定非要.dat格式。
hex文件是针对烧录器的，自己写烧写程序的话，需要把hex文件里的一些头信息，校验等信息去掉。
直接用-b选项把.out文件转成.bin文件。
hex文件的话，可以以数组形式包含到烧写代码中。
