C6748的NANDFLASH读写速度疑问

最近用C6748开发板测试板上NAND的读写速度。采用STARTWARE下的NANDFLASH测试。

一次写入128KB数据，之后再读出，对比数据正确性。通过timer2来计时。

采用DMA的情况下，读写都再0.8M/S。

速度好慢。

请教TI的各位，有什么方法提速么。
