使用66AK开发板，DHCP动态获取IP，利用TFTP服务开发板能够从PC端正常下载文件，但是开发板无法上传文件，使用命令tftp -p -l filename 开发板IP
文件权限已经改好
可能需要在服务器上面创建一个假的叫filename的文件
这种也不可以，依然会出现time out ，开发板和主机之间也能相互ping通
