双核如何来实现对外设的控制？SUSPSRC的作用，从数据手册里面来看，只是说仿真挂起的时候由哪个ARM/DSP来控制。没有明确说明SUSPSRC是用来分配某个外设给ARM或者DSP来单独的控制？
外设对ARM和DSP来说是共享的，不能分配给指定的ARM或DSP控制。
