security device可以工作在security world or non security world, 配置ARM in monitor mode可以切换到secure world，在monitor mode下可以访问需要security权限的相关寄存器及模块。boot monitor是工作在secure word（monitor mode），主要的功能是更新所有ARM core的MVBAR(monitor vector table)，当用户态调用SMC切换到monitor mode时，在boot monitor中提供了新的统一接口函数。
