For TDA4 eFuse flashing solution of mass production ,attach the 1.8V fuse voltage from the outside of the PCBA (external) over test point,whether is ok. could you help to supply your comments? thank you.

Supplying the eFuse programming (VPP) voltage externally from a bench/tester supply through a dedicated test point on the PCBA is a common and generally acceptable practice for TDA4 mass production eFuse flashing
