Unfortunately, we don't any have AF reference design for TDA4x and AM6xA family as ADAS cameras are fixed focus.

The family also has a H3A limitation of supporting AEWB and AF simultaneously.
In a single frame, H3A can only output either AEWB or AF data to DDR (not both).
