程序可以在外部连接的RAM里运行。CE0,1,2,3都可以。memory更新换代很快，没有型号推荐，建议链接memory厂家。
SRAM和SBSRAM都可以是吧？如何配置方面有需要注意的吗？
SRAM, SBSRAM都可以。
