am3352，的sysboot【15-0】，电压偏低。系统不能打印信息

sysboot【15-0】，上拉的接100k接vddshv6-3.3v，下拉接10k接地。

测上拉的后io电压在1.9v左右，为什么不是3.3v。每个都是这样。这16个脚还接了lvds芯片。

 

将上拉100k改成30k电压就上去了到2.8v这样，系统启动串口0任然不能打印信息，cccc都不出现
