平常烧写ubl uboot 都是使用sfh_DM36x.exe 这个工具 我想请问下 ：我在uboot 模式下 使用 nand write 命令 应该将 ubl uboot 烧写到nandflash 的什么位置？

你用的dvsdk还是ipnc软件？烧写地址在sfh工具源码里面可以找到的。
