DM6437 boot后EMIF工作不正常

用DM6437的CE2和CE3空间对FPGA进行读写操作，CCS在线仿真没问题，数据都正确，示波器也可以抓到WE，RD信号。

但是当把调试好的程序烧进Flash后，重启，数据交互不正常了。

去掉gel，load symbols，单步调试，发现DM6437读取FPGA数据正常，但是DM6437不能向FPGA写数据，也抓不到WE信号。

什么原因呢？
