焊DSP之前，已经将电源调通了，CVDD和CVDD1都有输出的，但现在DSP焊上后，CVDD没有输出了，这里我FPGA里没有对DSP_VCL和DSP_EN两个引脚进行操作，会不会是这样，导致了动态调节电压就不起作用了？
对了，这样给DSP上电，相当于上电未成功，会不会对DSP有损坏呢
有一定的风险的
建议严格按照数据手册里面的上电时序/步骤来做
