DM8168芯片SGX530模块工作异常

现设计一块DM8168的板子，板子原先工作正常，后面再调试完电源模块后，发现DM8168芯片的SGX530模块工作异常，程序上把这个功能跳开的话，板子还是能正常工作的；且在程序调试中，发现无法配置SGX530的CLK。

想知道是DM8168芯片损坏导致SGX530功能异常？如果是芯片损坏，会是什么原因导致的呢(板子的电源都正常，时钟等也都正常)？
