我看am335x的ddr接口，里面只有1个cke线，但是当我选择1G byte的ddr3的时候，因为是双die封装，需要2个cke，cke0和cke1.那么，这两个引脚需要跟cpu如何接才能够对应得起来呢？谢谢！
你的双die封装，不仅需要2个cke，还需要2个CS吧？AM335x是不支持双die的DDR3的。
那能否推荐一个am3358支持的DDR3,1G byte的容量呢？谢谢！
可以用两片8bit 512MByte 封装的
