在实现UART通信时，对其寄存器进行赋值初始化时，发现有些寄存器不能对里面的值进行修改，例如设置FIFO触发级别的时候不能修改FCR寄存器的值，我是利用HWREG对寄存器进行读写的。求大神指教！
可以参考starterware来进行串口初始化
