C6748程序烧写问题

想请问一下，我的工程在仿真状态下可以正常工作，将.out文件转化为.ais文件烧写到flash以后将boot模式设置为通过flash启动，不能够正常工作。此时断电后将boot模式设置为仿真器模式，程序也不能正常运行了。之后我在将工程在flash中擦除掉，程序在仿真状态下也不能正常运行。是什么情况呢？？
