使用OMAPL138开发产品，关于norflash-writer-03.20.00.14是否有说明文档可参考，另必须使用CCSV4打开工程吗。

1. For C6748, the emulation boot mode is 0101
2. Connect the emulator to the board and the PC.
3. Launch CCS in PC and import the NAND/NOR/SPI project.
4. Run the project and flash the binary.
不是一定CCSV4，也可以用最新CCS。如果导不进去，可以新建一个工程，把代码复制过去。
