DSP的ROM中的RBL可以修改后再烧回ROM吗？还是厂家固化好的不能修改？
除了DSPLIB和MATHLIB之外，还有没有其他的算法库？我想找个向量乘法的函数，也就是两个复数向量相乘，结果仍为一个复数向量

DSP的ROM中的RBL是厂家固化好的，用户不能修改。
TI除了发布有DSPLIB和MATHLIB之外，其他的算法库可能需要自己开发了。
