我用的是OMAP-L138的处理器，SPI Flash用的是spansion的 Nor Flash芯片-S25FL256s，容量是32M，8个引脚的封装没有Reset引脚。
通过a3-byte (24 bits)ddressing from command + Bank Address Register寄存器的方式来使用16M以后的空间，当访问16M以后的空间的时候，硬件复位处理器，之后读不到uboott，断电重启后可以。
请问是什么问题？怎么解决？谢谢！
SPI FLASH有没有软件复位的功能？
SPI Flash有软件复位的功能，8引脚封装的没有RESET引脚，其他封装的有这个引脚。
处理器硬件复位的时候并没有复位Flash造成访问uboot出现问题。
这没办法解决，目前这种情况只有复位时将电源也一起复位来解决这个问题。
