ENIF16的资料里提到：
EMIF16 can operate in the following modes:
• WE Strobe Mode
• Select Strobe Mode
不支持Normal Mode

TL16C754的时序要求有片选信号

这样的话 还能通过EMIF16外接TL16C754不？？？
